<p>TRBC undertook the design and construction of a Neapolitan Pizzeria in Thaltej, Ahmedabad. The entire concept was woven around the feeling of a guest opening the main door to the facility and stepping inside an Italian Village community kitchen during a feast- replete with earthy/rustic tones, distressed wood benches, metal &#8216;balcony railing&#8217; partitions, open fire ovens and different counters prepping and serving coffee, desserts, salads and pizza. The pantry was kept visible and accessible-making for a more engaging experience with one&#8217;s food. The elevation of the cafe is a wall of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheels and stockpiled wood to feed the ovens.</p>
