The Myst

TRBC was commissioned to design the interior of a mountain residence in Bhojnagar, for an ageing couple from Delhi, who harbour a love for all things ‘mountains’. The challenge was to include a custom-built residential elevator to facilitate ease of movement to the upper bedrooms for the couple, with the onset of age. The interior was kept warm and cosy, with accent lighting and walnut tones in custom built-in cabinetry. The hero of the interior was actually left untouched: the view of the outside from the inside, framed only by sweeping, floor-to-ceiling drapes.
